Order Information, Returns & Custom Product Policy

All products sold by Ace-High Silversmiths are handcrafted and custom made. Because each item is individually engraved, assembled, painted, and finished by hand, slight variations may occur between mockups, photos, and the final product.

Small differences in stone placement, engraving depth, paint, finish, texture, color tones, and other design elements are considered normal and are part of the uniqueness and craftsmanship of handmade products.

No two custom buckles or awards will be exactly identical.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all artwork, mockups, spelling, dates, names, figures, and design details before production begins. Once artwork is approved, Ace-High Silversmiths is not responsible for customer-approved errors.

If a finished product significantly differs from the approved mockup or contains a production defect determined by Ace-High Silversmiths, we may choose to repair, replace, or remake the item at our discretion.

Ace-High Silversmiths reserves the sole right to determine whether an item qualifies for repair, replacement, remake, partial credit, or no adjustment.


Custom Orders & Refund Policy

Most products sold by Ace-High Silversmiths are custom-made and built specifically for each customer. Work on your order begins shortly after the order is placed and may include:

  • Artwork creation
  • Design labor
  • Material preparation
  • Production scheduling
  • Engraving and manufacturing

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final once production has started.

If an order is canceled before production begins, Ace-High Silversmiths may issue a partial refund of up to 65% of the order total, excluding shipping costs, payment processing fees, artwork fees, rush fees, and any non-refundable expenses already incurred.

Once production, engraving, casting, assembly, painting, or material preparation has started, no refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, or reversals will be accepted for any reason.

Customers are encouraged to ask questions and confirm all details before approving artwork or placing an order.


Shipping & Delivery

Estimated production and shipping times are approximate and not guaranteed unless specifically agreed to in writing.

Ace-High Silversmiths is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather conditions, material shortages, tariffs, international shipping delays, or events outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Ace-High Silversmiths is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Wear & Finish Disclaimer

Our products are handcrafted metal awards and may naturally experience wear over time depending on use.

Paint, finishes, clear coats, stones, and surface details may wear or scratch with heavy use, impact, friction, moisture exposure, or normal handling. This is considered normal wear and not a manufacturing defect.
